Match customers and products
Compare the Square snapshot with the connected QuickBooks production. These are practice suggestions, not evidence that a customer or product is missing from your live company. Saved matches belong only to this production company and Square location.
Review exact email, SKU and name matches. Missing records can be created in the production after preview and confirmation. Product proposals require an income account, item type and GST review. Production posting remains disabled.

Use Production credentials from Hillen Consulting → Square Connector. Choose an Australian production company in Intuit’s consent screen.

Configure Production credentials
Credentials, tokens and Square snapshots are encrypted in local storage. Square is read-only. QuickBooks writes are limited to the production: synthetic accounting tests and customer/product records you explicitly approve.
Map the test accounts
Use a dedicated AUD bank-type clearing account and a different destination bank account. Select sales and purchase GST codes that each contain a single 10% rate.
Preview, post, reconcile
Each fixture has stable identifiers. Running it twice reuses verified records. A total or tax mismatch stops the run for review.

Response codes and Intuit trace IDs are retained for troubleshooting. Credentials and customer payloads are excluded.
